01 / The brief
What the client needed
Healthcare products tend to read as technical and a little cold, which makes them easy to scroll past and hard to choose between. NurtureMed wanted social media and a website that help people find priority products and understand them, without ever crossing into claims a healthcare brand is not allowed to make.
02 / Our approach
How we tackled it
We put people closer to the products. Shoots bring NurtureMed's pharmacists and team into the frame, so the content has a face instead of a stock photo. TikToks break down product categories and offer general, responsible advice. We maintain the website so priority products stay findable in search, and every message and key visual goes through the medical affairs team to stay inside the rules that govern healthcare marketing.
