Web Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and technically-skilled Web Specialist to own the publishing, maintenance, and optimization of our clients' websites. You will be a crucial part of our content team, serving as the technical expert who ensures our digital content is published flawlessly and our web properties are secure, fast, and effective.

Responsibilities

Web Content Management & Publishing

  • Manage all website content updates for our clients, including uploading blog posts, case studies, team members, and product information across various CMS platforms.
  • Execute and oversee content migration projects, transferring data from old websites or spreadsheets into new CMS environments with high attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary content publisher, ensuring all text, images, and files are correctly formatted, optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines before going live.

Website Maintenance & Optimization

  • Perform regular and proactive maintenance on all client websites, including CMS core updates, plugin/module updates, and security patches.
  • Monitor website performance, uptime, and health; troubleshoot and resolve bugs or other technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement technical SEO best practices (e.g., meta tags, alt text, schema markup, redirects) to support content strategy.

Web Development & Implementation

  • Implement, build, and optimize responsive websites and landing pages primarily using Shopify, Drupal, and Craft CMS.
  • Translate design mockups (e.g., from Figma) into functional, high-quality web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Configure and customize CMS and e-commerce platforms to meet client requirements.

Team Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, content creators, and designers to ensure digital projects are executed flawlessly.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) testing on all content uploads and development work to ensure an exceptional and bug-free user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and publishing content on modern CMS platforms. Specific experience with Shopify, Drupal, or Craft CMS is highly preferred.
  • Solid front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Extreme attention to detail and experience with content migration or managing large amounts of data (e.g., using Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of technical SEO principles, website speed optimization (Core Web Vitals), and web accessibility.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines.
  • Upon hiring, the applicant must only be employed with Dreamlist. No double jobs. This is a full-time, exclusive position requiring dedicated focus on Dreamlist clients.

Work Structure and Benefits

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional, pre-approved, and paid overtime may be required for special client campaigns or events.

Location

Fully remote work arrangement with company-provided equipment.

Gatherings

Attend company gatherings in Metro Manila (approx. once a month, expenses covered).
