Social Media & Growth Strategist

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic marketer to lead our clients' social media growth. This is not a typical content creation role. You will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel strategies that drive measurable business results (KPIs), turning social media from a "presence" into a performance engine.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Funnel Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies focused on achieving client KPIs (e.g., qualified leads, e-commerce sales, ROAS).
  • Design and manage the full marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to bottom-of-funnel conversion and lead generation.

Performance Advertising (Paid Media)

  • Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Manage client ad budgets, conduct rigorous A/B testing on creative, copy, and audiences, and make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns and maximize client ROI.

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop strategic content pillars and campaign concepts designed to perform at specific stages of the user journey.
  • Write compelling, high-conversion copy for ads, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Brief the multimedia design team on creative, providing clear hypotheses for A/B testing (e.g., "Test a static graphic vs. a video reel for this offer").

Collaborative Analysis

  • Work as the strategic lead with our Analytics Specialist and Web Specialist.
  • Use performance reports from the Analytics Specialist to identify funnel drop-offs and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Web Specialist to brief, test, and optimize landing pages for ad campaigns, ensuring a seamless journey from ad click to conversion.

AI & Process Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity in content ideation, copy variation, and market research, while applying human-led strategy and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is essential.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to read performance data and translate it into actionable optimization plans.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with experience writing direct-response copy for ads and landing pages.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset. You are driven by hitting targets and proving ROI.
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines.
  • Upon hiring, the applicant must only be employed with Dreamlist. No double jobs. This is a full-time, exclusive position requiring dedicated focus on Dreamlist clients.

Work Structure and Benefits

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional, pre-approved, and paid overtime may be required for special client campaigns or events.

Location

Fully remote work arrangement with company-provided equipment.

Gatherings

Attend company gatherings in Metro Manila (approx. once a month, expenses covered).
