Social Media & Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven and community-focused specialist to be the analytical backbone of our client strategies, reporting directly to the project manager. At Dreamlist, you are valued for your insights and your ability to turn data into actionable opportunities.

Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive performance reports for clients, tracking key metrics across all digital channels.
  • Analyze performance data from social media (Meta, TikTok), web (GA4), and e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular analytical summaries for internal strategy meetings, highlighting performance trends, actionable insights, and recommendations for the creative team.

Community Moderation & Routing

  • Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, maintaining a professional and helpful brand voice.
  • Execute client-approved workflows for routing leads, customer service inquiries, and urgent issues to the client via email or WhatsApp.
  • Manage and hide spam, trolls, and unwanted comments to maintain a healthy community environment.

Content Coordination & Scheduling

  • Take ownership of the social media content calendar, scheduling all client-approved posts accurately and on time using our scheduling tools.
  • Perform final quality checks on all assets and copy before they go live, ensuring they meet brand guidelines.

Community & Influencer Support

  • Proactively identify and curate high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) for potential use by the creative team.
  • Assist the Project Manager in identifying and vetting potential micro-influencers for future campaigns (as needed by clients).

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Project Managers and Content Creators to ensure the feedback loop between community sentiment and content strategy is strong.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual tasks (e.g., reporting, message filtering) to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media analytics and data reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics (GA4) is a must. Experience with Shopee or Lazada analytics is a major plus.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a love for organizing data in spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines.
  • Upon hiring, the applicant must only be employed with Dreamlist. No double jobs. This is a full-time, exclusive position requiring dedicated focus on Dreamlist clients.

Work Structure and Benefits

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional, pre-approved, and paid overtime may be required for special client campaigns or events.

Location

Fully remote work arrangement with company-provided equipment.

Gatherings

Attend company gatherings in Metro Manila (approx. once a month, expenses covered).
