We are looking for a versatile and trend-savvy Multimedia Designer who understands how to stop the scroll. From high-energy short-form videos to compelling brand carousels, you will create content that captures attention and drives action for our clients.
Responsibilities
Short-Form Video Production
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) based on concepts provided by the Growth Strategist.
- Master the art of "retention editing" using pacing, b-roll, motion graphics, captions, and sound design to keep viewers watching until the end.
- Adapt to different editing workflows, ranging from professional polish (Premiere Pro/After Effects) to native, trend-based styles (CapCut).
Social Media Design & Visual Identity
- Design engaging static assets, specifically focusing on high-performing formats like educational carousels, quote cards, and meme-style marketing.
- Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to the client's brand guidelines (fonts, colors, tone) while adapting them to current social media trends.
- Collaborate with the Web Specialist to provide assets for websites (banners, product images) when needed.
Design Systems Creation
- Create and maintain reusable design templates (in Canva or Figma) for recurring content formats. This allows the broader team to be agile while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the company's creative asset library, ensuring files are organized, accessible, and properly backed up.
AI & Creative Innovation
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, AI audio enhancement) to speed up workflows and expand creative possibilities.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, transitions, and visual styles on social platforms to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
- Strong portfolio required: Must showcase a mix of static design and video editing work. (Applications without video samples will not be considered).
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Bonus points if you know Affinity.
- Proficiency in modern, agile tools: CapCut and Canva.
- A strong understanding of social media formats. You should know why a design works on an Instagram Story vs. a LinkedIn feed.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Applicant must be based in the Philippines.
- Upon hiring, the applicant must only be employed with Dreamlist. No double jobs. This is a full-time, exclusive position requiring dedicated focus on Dreamlist clients.
