Become our next

Project Manager

We are looking for a relationship-driven and analytically-minded Project Manager to be the trusted point of contact for our clients. You will own the day-to-day client partnership, lead performance analytics and reporting, and translate business goals into clear briefs for our internal specialists — making sure every engagement delivers measurable value.

What you'll do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships rooted in trust and clear communication.
  • Lead regular client check-ins, weekly status calls, and quarterly business reviews, setting agendas and following through on next steps.
  • Anticipate client needs, manage expectations proactively, and resolve concerns before they escalate.

Strategic Project Planning

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, target audience, competitive landscape, and commercial KPIs.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable account plans and clear creative, paid media, and web briefs for the internal team.
  • Partner with the Growth Strategist, Multimedia Designer, and Web Specialist to align scope, timelines, and deliverables with each client's strategy.

Analytics, Reporting & Client Reviews

  • Own performance tracking across each client's digital channels — building, maintaining, and continually improving the dashboards and reports they rely on.
  • Pull and analyze data from social media (Meta, TikTok), web (GA4), and e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee) to identify trends, insights, and concrete opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to clients, framing results in the language of their business (leads, sales, ROAS, retention).
  • Translate findings into briefs and recommendations for the Growth Strategist, Multimedia Designer, and Web Specialist so the next sprint is data-driven.
  • Document decisions, action items, and learnings after every client meeting and circulate them to the relevant team members.

Project Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows across creative, media, analytics, and web, ensuring deliverables move smoothly from brief to launch.
  • Review work-in-progress and final outputs against the brief and client brand guidelines before they are presented to the client.
  • Manage client approvals, feedback rounds, and revisions through our project management tools without disrupting team focus.

Account Growth & Retention

  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of existing engagements where a clear client need aligns with our capabilities.
  • Lead renewal conversations and scope adjustments in collaboration with leadership, framing them around delivered value and forward-looking goals.
  • Capture client feedback systematically and feed it back into our process and service offerings.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client services, or account management at a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and growing accounts through strong relationships and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics). Experience with Shopee or Lazada analytics is a major plus.
  • Comfort with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio), and a love for organizing data in spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of how social media marketing, paid media, web, and analytics fit together — enough to translate client goals into solid briefs and challenge work when something is off.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to founders, marketing leads, and C-level stakeholders, and to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday).
  • Applicant must be based in the Philippines.
  • Upon hiring, the applicant must only be employed with Dreamlist. No double jobs. This is a full-time, exclusive position requiring dedicated focus on Dreamlist clients.
