We have operated arthaland.com since its December 2022 launch, leading the website's design, build, and ongoing live-site stewardship for the country's green real estate leader.
01 / The brief
What the client needed
Arthaland is the Philippines'' leading green developer, building eco-certified residences and offices for buyers who care about how a building performs, not just how it looks. The website had to carry that — investor relations, brand storytelling, and a steady stream of updates and disclosures — without ever feeling like a marketing brochure.
02 / Our approach
How we tackled it
We coordinated the December 2022 to March 2023 launch of the current arthaland.com, from comments review through DNS cutover with ALCO IT. Since then, we have served as the operational lead on the live site — translating briefs into tracked tasks, sending preview links before publication, explaining technical tradeoffs, and closing loops with stakeholders. We continue to ship feature builds, design revisions, and content updates on a live publishing cadence, and we run a multi-year Investor Relations and Disclosures workflow alongside it.
03 / Outcomes
What happened next
We have shipped a continuous record of work on arthaland.com, from the original 2023 launch through deployments covering the top navigation, CTA scroll, hero video, virtual tour, gallery, plans, and contact form. Live revisions regularly clear same-day client approval, and the Investor Relations thread we manage has been running since May 2023.
