We have operated arthaland.com since its December 2022 launch, leading the website's design, build, and ongoing live-site stewardship for the country's green real estate leader.
01 / The brief
What the client needed
Arthaland is the Philippines'' leading green developer, building eco-certified residences and offices for buyers who care about how a building performs, not just how it looks. The website had to carry all of it: investor relations, brand storytelling, and a steady stream of updates and disclosures, without ever feeling like a marketing brochure.
02 / Our approach
How we tackled it
We led the design and build of the current arthaland.com and coordinated its launch end to end, working alongside Arthaland's internal teams through every review and cutover. Since launch, we have served as the operational lead on the live site: shipping feature builds, design revisions, and content updates on a steady publishing cadence, and supporting the investor relations and disclosures publishing that a listed developer carries year-round.
03 / Outcomes
What happened next
arthaland.com has been continuously maintained and improved since launch: navigation, galleries, virtual tours, and the contact path have all been revised on the live site without taking it down or slowing the publishing calendar. The engagement has run for multiple years, covering the brand site and the steady rhythm of investor relations work alongside it.
